Your company accounts handled personally, without the jargon or the surprises.
Limited company accounts come with real legal obligations, firm deadlines and consequences for getting them wrong — I handle all of it for you, personally.
You deal directly with me, not a call centre or a junior member of staff. Fixed monthly pricing means you always know what you are paying before the work starts.
How on top of your limited company accounts are you really?
Four questions. Takes 90 seconds. Find out where your gaps are.
Do you know your next Companies House filing deadline off the top of your head?
How would you describe the state of your financial records right now?
Do you currently have someone handling your limited company accounts?
Do you know what your statutory accounts actually need to include by law?
Your accounts need attention before a deadline catches you out
Late filing penalties from Companies House start at £150 and increase the longer accounts remain outstanding. If your records are in poor shape and you do not have someone managing your filings, the risk of a penalty is real. A short call with me is enough to understand where you stand and what needs to happen first.
You have a partial picture but there are gaps worth sorting now
Having some records in place is a good start, but limited company accounts have specific legal requirements that go beyond basic bookkeeping. Getting clarity on your deadlines and what needs to be filed will save you a stressful scramble later in the year.
You are in a good position — now is a good time to review your setup
If your accounts are being handled and your deadlines are under control, the focus shifts to accuracy, tax efficiency and making sure your records genuinely reflect your business. A second pair of eyes on your current setup costs nothing and can catch things that get missed over time.
What I handle as part of your limited company accounts
Everything your company is legally required to file, prepared and submitted on your behalf.
Statutory Annual Accounts
Your limited company must file a full set of statutory accounts with both Companies House and HMRC each year, including a balance sheet, profit and loss account and director sign-off. I prepare all of this, explain what the figures mean and manage submission so you never miss a deadline.
Companies House compliantCorporation Tax Return
Your company tax return (CT600) must be submitted to HMRC within 12 months of your accounting year end, with any tax due paid within 9 months. I calculate your corporation tax liability, prepare the return and file it directly with HMRC.
CT600 filing includedXero-Based Bookkeeping
Accurate accounts start with accurate records throughout the year, not a panic in month twelve. I keep your books up to date on Xero all year round so that when your year end arrives, the figures are ready and the process is straightforward.
Xero Expert certifiedWhy working with me is different from using a large firm
A direct relationship with the person actually doing your accounts makes a practical difference.
You speak to me, not a rotating team
There is no handoff to a junior colleague and no explaining yourself to someone new each time you call. Every piece of work on your accounts is done by me personally, which means continuity, context and someone who already knows your business.
Fixed monthly pricing with nothing hidden
You know your monthly cost before we start. There are no hourly rates that balloon unexpectedly and no year-end bill that comes as a shock. Pricing starts from £25 per month, scaled to what your business actually needs.
Deadlines managed so you do not have to track them
Companies House and HMRC operate on different timelines for the same set of accounts. I track both, work ahead of them and let you know what I need from you and when, so nothing gets missed and penalties are avoided.
What clients say
How we get your accounts sorted
A clear four-step process from first conversation to filed accounts.
Free call
We start with a straightforward conversation about your company, your current situation and your deadlines. You do not need tidy records or prepared documents for this call. I just need to understand where you are and what needs doing first.
Review and quote
After the call I will confirm exactly what is needed for your accounts, what the fixed monthly price will be and what information I need from you. No ambiguity and nothing added later without your agreement.
Bookkeeping and accounts preparation
I work through your records on Xero, categorise your transactions, reconcile your accounts and prepare your statutory accounts and corporation tax return. If I have a question, I ask you directly rather than making assumptions.
Review and filing
Before anything is submitted I walk you through the figures so you understand what your accounts say about your business. Once you are satisfied I file with Companies House and HMRC and confirm everything has been accepted.
